Examples in How to Achieve Leadership Qualities
Leaders set examples all the time to show others how they too can become a leader or success in society. To help you see true leaders that have unleashed their instincts within to achieve leadership qualities we can consider.
Leaders
Some of the finest leaders in the world have pulled together qualities that make them setup examples to impress others. Leaders are aware that many people will reject them, yet they have learnt to deal with the rejections and feelings, while continuing their journey in life. Fine leader examples include the leaders Einstein. Einstein may have showed unfavorable gestures, actions, and so forth by disputing college instructors, however he didn’t let these get him down, Einstein sweep ahead to prove his theories. In fact, he did and became an instructor himself although he dropped from school. What a fine example. He would not accept what followers were telling him as facts, rather he went above and beyond to find those facts and prove them real.
Followers
Followers are sometimes college instructors. They will teach you how to be followers, which most people believe their logic; however, the fact is many instructors are followers teaching followers. While they have unleashed some qualities of leadership, they are followers in all aspects. For instance, most of the information taught to students comes from examples, such as Philosopher and psychologist theorist Freud. Many of Freud’s guesses, opinions, theories, and logic proved untrue overtime, yet the theories are still considered in colleges today. While proof exists that humans females at the youthful age of four do not blame their mom for not having a penis, people will still argue the point. Most theories, opinions, and philosophies that came from Freud were just that and had little evidence to support such claims. Therefore, a true leader will not accept opinions, guesses, theories, and the like; rather they will seek out proofs with hardcore facts backing them.
Most people today will accept what others tell them, as long as the person speaking is a follower. However, if the person is a leader many people will often say “I don’t want to hear this,” or they may say, “I haven’t go the time to hear this.” Either way they will make all types of excuses to ignore the facts.
Here is an example we can consider. While the bible clearly stated that the world is round, many philosophers chased irrational logic to prove otherwise, all to find out that the world is in fact round. While these people held leadership qualities, they refused to see facts presented by respectful and dependable sources. Still, they refused to hear the facts, which were already proven beyond a doubt.
One of the most logical facts is the biblical statement found in Timothy’s, which says, “You will know the truth and the truth will set you free.” The Guidelines take you to those truths, yet many people will ignore the facts, as well as find ways to reason against the facts. To help you see what the point truly is leading to, consider.
I want you to sit down and think of something you did wrong to someone else. I want you to make amends with this person by apologizing and asking if something you can do to make the bad, right. Now the person will likely accept your apologizes, which you will gain a friend. Now sit down, clear your mind, and consider how you feel inside. You should feel a load come off your shoulders. You knew the truth, accepted it, and made amends. The truth set you free! Furthermore, you took the first step in unleashing your instincts to achieve qualities of leadership.
