Assuming Qualities in How to Achieve Leadership

Assuming is proven one of the biggest mistakes people will ever make, yet people continue to assume. Leaders often make mistakes after achieving their leadership qualities through development by giving advice on something they do not understand. Leaders also make mistakes or building relationships or trying to fix problems in relationships without changing their thinking, attitudes, conduct, or behaviors. Leaders also make the mistake of believing that or assuming that good models to follow and sufficient socialism and/or relationships is enough.

Now if you want leadership qualities you have to reach down inside of you and start working to develop those qualities. You will also need to put your assumptions aside and start working to find the facts while expressing those facts based on principals. You will also need to stop settling for sufficient and work toward the best. No one is perfect. Some people believe that people may work until their task is perfect, however proof will show that the task is never perfect. Therefore, stop striving for something you cannot achieve and start striving for something that you know you can do as a human being.

Let’s explore (leader trait) assumptions, assuming and the like. Self-assumption is a conceited attitude. Assumptions are something that someone heard in life and believes it to be truth, while never putting the effort forward to verify the facts. For instance, many people believe at what time they die they will go to heaven. You hear it all around you and most of these people heard this noise from some religious leader. The fact is the bible is the only facts we have as to our direction in life. While leaders of religious groups will work hard to alter/change and delete information in the bible, the truth will still come out. The fact is we do not go to heaven at what time we die. The bible clearly states that x amount of people are designated to go to heaven, while the remaining (Jesus Followers) will have a chance at living forever on Paradise earth. Check the scriptures at Psalm 83:18 and surrounding scriptures to see the truths. Furthermore, the bible tells us that the “dead are conscious of nothing.” Therefore, the philosophies that the soul goes to a burning hell, heaven, or else purgatory is a bunch of crock that everyone wants to believe, since they fail to use their leadership qualities and instincts to guide them to the actual truths.

While religion is a much deeper and complex issue to consider as an example of leadership, the fact is leadership qualities are seen in Jesus Christ himself. While I am not a Christian and nor do I claim to be a Christian, I have studied and compared bibles for more than 18 years.

Going back to assuming we can see this means to us many things. For instance, bosses hire in employees assuming that this person will deliver good work. A low-confident person may put on a superficial appearance to make others believe he/she has confidence. People often take for granted that something is factual when in fact it is not. This is assuming and as you can see in all areas of assuming that, many mistakes come from these assumptions. Sometimes employers are correct in their assumptions, which turn out to their advantage and shows that this person took time to investigate and evaluate his decision, which means his assumptions had some concrete grounds backing him.

I could sit here all day and tell you tomorrow that the world will end, and if you believe what I am saying to you, your assumptions is in place and your leadership qualities are out of sight.
